Amy Chu is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy from the 3000 hour program. She is a registrant in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia since 2011. Her work experience spans from 7 years with Fairmont Pacific Rim Willow Stream Spa to many years in various rehabilitation, multi-disciplinary clinics in the GVRD.
Amy is committed to providing the best quality care for all her clients. Ever since she became pregnant during her RMT studies and experienced first hand the benefits of massage for prenatal and postpartum terms, it has become her passion to help people during these exciting transitions. She has extensive post-graduate training in prenatal, postpartum, post C-section and complicated pregnancy massage techniques.
During school, she has worked at In-Reach clinics for Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Cancer and terminal diseases, Outreach clinics for Seniors, Complicated Pregnancies at BC Women’s Hospital and for the National Swim Team.
Amy has a long background in Dance (Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz and Hip Hop). She is able to transition her knowledge from her training to help professional and amateur athletes.
With her spa experience, she has a good focus to aid people with static (desk work) or dynamic work conditions (nursing or teaching, retail or construction).

Treatment includes heated therapy such as warm towels and heated foot treatment when indicated. Cryotherapy is also available when appropriate.
